Returns Policy

Eligible returns

To request a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Returned products must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original packaging and the original receipt.

An eligible return may receive an online store credit or a refund. If an exchange item is unavailable, an item of the same value may be offered.

Items that cannot be returned

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. Gift cards, earrings, underwear, swimwear, clearance products, perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases are also excluded.

Refunds and faulty items

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. If an item is faulty, Niobium will meet its obligations under applicable consumer law.
